Background
The influence of different additives on microstructure

1、 Sulfur-containing organic compounds: SPS (sodium disulfide sulfonate), copper foil brightener, which refines the crystallization of the coating, plays a brightening role, and reduces roughness. Synergistic effect with Cl -.

2、 Polyether compound: PEG (polyethylene glycol), surface wetting agent, reduces pinholes, and reduces roughness.

3、 Inorganic additive: Cl -, used in conjunction with SPS and PEG.

4、 Amine organic compounds: gelatin, collagen; Polyethyleneimine and its derivatives.

5、 Rare earth elements: refine grain size, reduce porosity, reduce roughness, and improve mechanical properties.

The influence of electroplating process on microstructure

1、 Electroplating solution concentration: Electroplating solution circulation, spraying, distance between anode and cathode.

2、 Temperature: Constant temperature water bath (to avoid liquid leakage through holes on the tank body).
