He proposed that from the perspective of internal research, whether it is a one-step method, two-step method or three-step method, it is necessary to combine the process of internal excellence to do breakthrough research and development; Secondly, the process of PVD magnetron sputtering to water electroplating still faces many challenges, and the mass production target of 0 to 1 has not been completely completed. Various problems such as thermal runaway in PVD magnetron sputtering in magnetron, the accumulation of secondary electrons leading to film deformation, breakdown and roll film length need to be broken through. In the process collocation, the problem of matching the rear resistance of PVD magnetron sputtering with the current density of water electroplating line cannot be standardized, and the problems such as crystallization and square resistance caused by different current densities still need to be accelerated. He hopes that through the process layout of the Far East combined with internal research and development expertise, quickly break through various problems and accelerate the promotion of market demand.
